Sometimes the most thoughtful renovations are about creating a perfect sense of balance. For these returning clients in their backsplit home, the goal was more nuanced: to create the perfect kitchen that offered a degree of privacy while still feeling connected and easy to navigate.

The result is a stunning, thoughtfully laid-out space. Modern, deep teal cabinetry makes a sophisticated statement, perfectly complemented by a beautiful encaustic wall tile that adds character and flair. The new layout achieves that perfect balance of openness and separation, creating a kitchen that feels both welcoming and distinct. As part of the main floor update, we also added custom cabinetry in the foyer and a dedicated workstation, enhancing the home's overall functionality. New flooring was installed throughout to tie all the new elements together.
