This project was all about transforming the basement of a classic family home, which hadn't been updated in decades, into a space that perfectly reflected the passions of its new owners. Our goal was to reimagine the dated, underutilized layout and create a multi-functional lower level tailored to their specific interests.

The new space now includes a dedicated dance studio, a fantastic workout room, and a comfortable rec room featuring a custom built-in wine rack for entertaining. As part of the project, we also renovated the main floor bathroom, improving its functionality with a modern walk-in shower and stylish new finishes.

This renovation is a perfect example of how an underutilized basement can become a home's most personalized and exciting floor.
