Kitchen Renovation with Load Bearing Wall Removal.

The original layout of this home was a classic case of wasted potential—an outdated, divided floorplan that blocked natural light and felt disconnected. The homeowners' motivation was simple: open it up, let the light in, and create a seamless space perfect for modern living.

The entire renovation hinged on the removal of a central load-bearing wall. This transformative step allowed us to merge the kitchen, living, and dining areas into one bright, cohesive space. We designed a spacious new custom kitchen, focusing on function with a spacious island, an abundance of drawers and clever interior organizers. Continuous quartz countertops and backsplash were used to create a clean, high-end feel, while new hardwood flooring was installed throughout the main floor to unify the entire layout.

The result is a home that feels fundamentally lighter, more spacious, and perfectly suited to the homeowners' lifestyle.
